 La Tasha has an extensive background in workforce development and college success. Prior to joining UpTurnships she worked as the Director of College Success at College Possible. In this role she led the strategic development and growth of College Possible Minnesota’s college programming and collaborated with colleges and universities throughout Minnesota. She also worked as the Director of Adult Employment & Training at East Side Neighborhood Services where she provided leadership and oversight for various employment and training programs offered at the state, city, and county level. Additionally, La Tasha has held roles in career and financial development at the University of Minnesota Extension, Project for Pride in Living, and AchieveMpls and she owned and operated a UPS Store for five years.
