The Building Strong Families Pathway is for current college students who are Black, Indigenous, or students of color, and pursuing a career working with children and families.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Self-Identify as a Black, Indigenous, or person of color
- Undergraduate college student who will graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
- Declared major in Social Work, Family Studies, or Family Social Science
- Minimum College GPA of 2.5
- Intending to work with children and families post-graduation
- Demonstrated financial need
- Enrolled in a partner college in Minnesota
