Kaleb E. Rumicho joined the board of Wallin Education Partners in January 2019. Kaleb is an attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and a former Wallin Scholar (Minneapolis South High School ’05).
Kaleb’s legal practice focuses on commercial and debt finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Kaleb also serves as outside General Counsel, on a pro bono basis, to a Minnesota nonprofit organization. In addition to his corporate practice, Kaleb practices public law, including election and political law. Prior to joining Fredrikson, he served as a law clerk for both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
Kaleb received his BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2009, and his JD from Howard University School of Law in 2017. Between undergraduate and law school, Kaleb worked at St. John’s Preparatory School in Collegeville, MN in various capacities then worked for Senator Amy Klobuchar at the U.S. Senate.
