Heidi Hegenbarth

As the Career Development Manager, Heidi oversees the implementation of our college-to-career programming as well as developing and growing external partnerships and managing our UpTurnships program.

Heidi earned her bachelor’s degree in Japanese and International Relations from the University of Minnesota.  During her undergraduate program, she studied in Osaka, Japan for a year which sparked a lifelong desire to travel.  Through her 25 years working in Information Technology, Heidi has led teams through technical and organizational changes as well as built programs for interns and new graduates.

In her free time Heidi enjoys exploring new places near and far, trying new recipes, skiing, reading, attempting to grow vegetables, dog sitting and supporting her kids in their many endeavors.
