Wallin Education Partners has developed a successful program to close the opportunity gap that persists among low-income students in Minnesota. Our mission is to ensure college and career success for high-potential students and through our efforts, build diverse, equitable, and vibrant communities.
|
The odds are stacked against students from low-income backgrounds, students of color, and first-generation students. These students are six times less likely to graduate from college due to economic disparities and two times less likely to graduate due to racial disparities.
We believe systemic racism has no place in education or our community. We believe economic barriers and inequalities should have no say in our students’ futures. The time is now to change the odds for our scholars and for generations of scholars to come.
