Wallin’s Construction Pathways were established by Mortenson Construction in 2022 to invest in students interested in the construction industry by creating an innovative partnership with Wallin Education Partners, Dunwoody and Mortenson.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Graduating senior (class of 2025) from a partner high school in Minnesota or Dunwoody Pathways to Careers participant
- Planning to start college full-time in Fall 2025 at Dunwoody College of Technology with a degree in:
- Construction Project Management
- Architectural Drafting and Design (Mortenson only)
- Minimum 2.0 GPA (unweighted)
- Demonstrated financial need
- Priority will be given to Pell-eligible applicants and those with significant financial need
- Interested in working at Mortenson or Ryan and legally authorized to work in the United States
*Ryan Companies' financial aid requires recipient to pay a minimum of $1,000/year in financial aid.
