As the director of Development, Troy partners closely with Wallin EP’s executive leadership team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that ensure the continued growth, success, and sustainability of the organization.
A passionate believer in the power of education to increase racial equity and economic mobility, Troy enjoys helping companies, individuals, and philanthropists bridge the space between profit and purpose. Prior to joining Wallin EP, Troy served as Vice President at Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation. Previously, he held positions of progressive responsibility in a variety of organizations—from government agencies and nonprofits to for-profit consulting and a successful startup.
Troy is a Minnesota native and his family calls south Minneapolis home. He earned a BA from Macalester College and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he is recognized as a Neubauer Civic Scholar.
