Dale Dorlin

Dale Dorlin comes to Wallin Education Partners with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of cultural stewardship and political action. His career as a public engagement and narrative strategist specializing in guiding institutions through growth, conflict, and crisis began through his AmeriCorps service at the Arab American National Museum, where he built public programs rooted in community strengthening. Since then, his work has centered on navigating complexity and helping organizations find clarity in moments of dysfunction.

Across cultural nonprofits, higher education, and national political campaigns, Dale has built a practice centered on designing transformative experiences that shift perspectives, deepen connection, and move communities toward shared purpose. His work spans organizations such as Wayne State University, the Democratic National Convention, Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s 2020 presidential campaign, The White House, and the National Democratic Training Committee. Collectively, he has designed over 2,000 events, campaigns, and programs, impacting more than 1.8 million people in service of building more inclusive and pluralistic communities.

His passion lies in creating opportunities for historically oppressed and marginalized communities to exercise agency over the agendas that affect their personhood and livelihood.
